Meet Diana

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, Athletic Coach, and Certified Nutrition Coach. I’ve been helping clients from the the Greater Los Angeles area with their fitness training since 2018 working with clients from 18 months to 90 years old. I have worked in numerous settings such as commercial gyms, home gyms, physical therapy clinics, and hospitals. What all these settings had in common was that everyone had one goal, “to get better”, whether it was recovering from an injury, weight loss, muscle gain, improving performance or just moving better. That is when I founded Inspire to Perspire. Especially during COVID-19, there were many individuals who remained sedentary and at home. Our idea is to keep the exercises simple and require the least amount of equipment so that members can continue these exercises in the safety of their homes. 

What inspired me to get started?

COVID-19 was a critical time to keep active, so I created plans for my clients to keep moving and eating healthy in the safety of their homes. We would cook together, work out together, stretch together, and be TOGETHER even if it was on a screen. This gave comfort to many of my clients, but also to myself.
